Writing your blog post is the biggest task for maintaining a professional blog. I get lots of emails from my readers to help them in creating good content for their blog. I have seen that many who start blogging are facing problems in creating posts. Some go for easy tricks like copying content from other sites, some modify it by copying and pasting it into Microsoft word and change words to synonyms and publish it. Recently I read a post where the author gives a tip of copying content from any website, and translate it into different languages and finally to English and assures the readers that its not caught for plagiarism

But my advise for serious bloggers is to write their own content, don’t be shy to express  yourself.

Get Started – Don’t Be Shy

You need to get started and once you are on, you will keep improving. Don’t expect great results from the day 1. It may take months or years for you to be proud of your blog or to be noticed by the blogging community.

Outline Your Post or Plan your Post

Plan a good heading for your post and it should describe your post using minimum number of words. Decide what you want to tell your readers and the depth of coverage of your post. You should scribble your thoughts when you have time or when your are travelling, just jot down the ideas that comes into your mind or something you see, that could be useful in creating a great post

Think of the Reader

Always keep in your mind that the posts that you write are written for your visitors, so make sure that they understand what you are telling, divide your posts to different headings and sub-headings. Read your post after you complete and keep reading unless you feel that you have done your best and then publish it.(This is where I still need to improve)

Nobody can write great content as soon as they start writing, you need to practice and practice as you know practice makes a man perfect. To conclude, the Art of Writing Great Content is not something which can be achieved in a day or two, but its through practice, reading other blogs, improving language and knowledge, doing research on the topic.
