Create a subscription box on your webpage so that your visitors can subscribe to your posts by email or RSS feeds

News Letters

Sign-up for an account with services like Getresponse so that you can send periodical news letters to your regular visitors

Create an attactive email signature and attach it your emails that you send regularly. You can even create signatures in forum posts and keep posting good replies and quiries at different forums and blogs
Forums

Post some information about your website and pages on different forums

Social Networking

Participate in different social networking and bookmarking sites like Digg, StumbleUpon, etc

Commenting on others blog

Keep visiting and commenting on different blogs which are related to your blog.

Replying to the comments on your blog
