Fair Ads Network / FAN for Advertising and earning from Ads

I had registered for this program long time back and never tried this program. I used to the latest updates by emails but never tried this program. Today I got an email and I thought of going through the program and let you know how this program work. I do not believe in using more number of advertising programs so I did not try this.

Fair Ads Network was launched recently on April 29th 2008 and the person behind this is Kevin Lam who is the CEO of FAN. FAN has features like Impulse Ads, Master Marketer Features. Any person can join this program as a publisher or an advertiser. Payments are processed by Paypal, E-gold and business checks. There is also a paid membership available called the Master marketer membership which has a subscription fees of US$ 19.95 per month.

The payments are done on a monthly basis and the minimum payout is US$50. You can  only display 2 ad blocks, 1 link ad, 1 rich media and 1 referral button.

Back links are very important for improvement of pagerank and pagerank is important for better traffic from Google. When a different website links to your blog or website, and is indexed by the Google Search engine, you can get an alert using the Google Alert service. Google Alert is of great use to keep track of the Google search engine results. If you create an alert for specific search key phrase, you will be sent an email by Google alert giving the information of the Search result.

You can use link:http://yoursite.com as the search key phrase to get an alert for the back links to your blog. When ever any other site links to your blog and get indexed by Google, you will receive an email stating the information. This helps you in knowing the which sites links to you and set the How Often parameter to “as-it-happens”

Tips to increase your RSS Feed Readers

You should be aware that one of the best way to keep your readers updated with your posts is getting them to subscribe to your RSS Feeds and the other reason is to improve your Google Adsense earnings from RSS Feeds. I have been trying to increase my number of Feed Readers, some work good for me which I am sharing here.
